You can present the content of your report or the essence of your scientific and practical work in the form of a poster.
Poster (poster) report — this is a graphical representation of a study or methodology, the ability to convey a large amount of information to interested listeners in a short period of time. The poster contains the essence of the message, the main theses. At the same time, it is desirable to give priority to visual information (illustrations, diagrams, infographics) with a minimum of text.
The main thing that should be on the poster is a clear statement of the main points of the study or methodology, the absence of secondary information. Information should be placed on sheet A1 vertically. For ease of perception, it is desirable that the text be simple sentences or lists, be well structured, contain headings highlighted in color and bold. A dark font on a light background is better perceived, there should be sufficient contrast, a minimum or absence of background images. The font size should be sufficient for free reading from a distance of 2 m. It is better to use sans-serif fonts (Arial, Helvetica, Calibri, etc.). The resolution of illustrations must be at least 300 dpi.
The main sections of the poster: topic and authors, purpose of the study, materials and methods, brief description, results, discussion, conclusions. Information placement: Top left to bottom right. Additional information (literature, contact information, thanks, etc.) should be placed in the lower right corner in small print. The title and list of authors should be at the top, in bold. The poster must not contain advertising information.
You can present the information contained on the posters to interested listeners at any time. But special time intervals will be allocated in the conference program — poster sessions, — when the authors should be near their posters, ready to present information and answer questions. The poster report should contain the main points of the research work done. The best posters will be awarded by the Program Committee.
Participation in the poster session is free for all participants of the conference, regardless of whether you have a report and whether the publication is declared in the conference proceedings. One poster should correspond to one theme. Poster language is Russian. Be sure to pre-announce the placement of the poster and agree on the theme with the Program Committee. After the positive decision of the reviewer, the poster report will be assigned a number, according to which you will be provided with a place to be placed in the Poster Zone. The production of posters by authors and companies is carried out independently.
Preliminary times for poster sessions are being confirmed.
