Within the framework of the “Veterinary Medicine in the Agro-Industrial Complex” conference, project groups are being formed with the goal of conducting experiments in areas of veterinary science that are of interest to livestock and poultry enterprises. The research may involve testing a new drug, technology, or diagnostic tool. You can review the project group topics here.
Possible composition of the project groups:
-
An agricultural enterprise interested in conducting the experiment on its premises and in attracting new personnel;
-
Interns: students, master’s students, and PhD candidates specializing in veterinary science;
-
Representatives of scientific organizations responsible for the project and the experiment methodology;
-
Representatives of pharmaceutical companies providing new drugs, technologies, or diagnostic tools.
As a result:
-
Students become familiar with the work of agricultural enterprises, pharmaceutical companies, or scientific organizations, which helps them determine the most suitable direction for professional development and motivates them to pursue a career in the agricultural sector or related fields;
-
Agricultural enterprises, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions, in turn, view the student as a potential employee;
-
The scientific organization receives a topic for publication, an opportunity to recruit a PhD candidate, and the ability to collaborate with the production sector;
-
The pharmaceutical company receives experimental results obtained at a Russian enterprise, builds trust among producers, and helps increase sales of its products.
The results of the project groups’ work will be presented annually at the “Veterinary Medicine in the Agro-Industrial Complex” conference.
